Delete a User Account

Loyalty platform users with administrator privileges can delete existing User Accounts. For example, if a user leaves your organization, it's important to remove their access to the Loyalty platform.

To delete a User Account:

  1. Select Admin from the top navigation bar, then select Access > Console Users from the side navigation menu. The Console Users screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, search for and select the desired User Account (see Search for a User Account for more information on the available search options). The User Account Details screen is displayed with the Roles tab selected.

  3. In the header area of the User Account Details screen, click the Edit icon. The Edit Console User pop-up window is displayed.

  1. Click Delete. A confirmation dialog box is displayed; click Confirm.
